Introduction to Prestressed hollow core slab machine:
- Prestressed hollow core slab machine is suitable for the forming of various prestressed concrete slab.
- Machine works on the long concrete platform and use steel wire or steel strand as the guide
- Feature is automatic walking, continuous operation, one-time molding.
- The slabs produced havesmooth surface and high-density structure,
- Concrete hollow-core slab mainly is applicated in large workshop, school, hospital, shopping mall, office building, bulk storage plant .

How to produce Prestressed hollow core slab
Before production:
Firstly,Please prepare raw materials and steel wire.
Secondly, clean production bed,Painting parting agent and tension the steel wire.
After that, the production can start.
During production:
Firstly, Concrete batching machine start materials ingredients.
Then, materials can go into mixer machine to complete mixing.
Next, mixed materials will drop into feeding dumper from the mixer discharge port.
After that, feeding dumper will transport the materials to cement production bed.
There, materials will be dumped into the hopper of precast concrete slabl machine.
After that, precast concrete slab equipment will start to work along the rail.
Finally,precast concrete slab can come out, also the cutting machine can do cut 24 hour later.
