How to produce Precast concrete T beam:
Beore production,Please prepare raw materials and steel wire, then clean production bed,Painting parting agent and Distribute the steel wire.After that, the production can start.
During production,Firstly, Concrete batching machine start sand stone cement assignment proportion procedure ,After that materials can go into mixer machine to complete mixing. Next, mixed materials will drop into feeding dumper from the mixer discharge port. After that, feeding dumper will transport the materials to concrete T beam production bed. There, materials will be dumped into the hopper of concrete T beam machine. After that, Cement T beam machine will start to work along the rail.Finally,the cement can come out, also the cutting machine can do cut 24 hour later.
About Curing conditions after production:
For the temperature above 30 degrees,the concrete T beam surface needs to be covered with plastic film, blanket, straw curtain, etc. to keep moisture , in this way, it can prevent the water from volatilizing too fast, causing concrete T beam to appear cracking cracks.Besides,spray water for timely curing.
For temperatures below 25 degrees,Put the concrete T beam in the open air, no need to cover to keep moisture. Besides, the concrete T beam surface should be sprayed to maintain moisture after demolding about 2-5 hours .
When the temperature is about zero degrees, the concrete T beam surface must be covered for heat preservation and moisture retention, no need to spray water curing.
For below zero, better stopping production.
For The temperaturer is higher than about 25 degrees, Move the concrete T beam within 2-3 days after production.
